Every month you will see a direct debit from SEQUOIA DIGITAL LIMITED or Carrierscheck. In fact, this corresponds to the subscription to our geolocation service for your parcels throughout the world. If you would like to know more, please contact our support team. They will answer all your questions on this subject.

To cancel your subscription to our package geolocation service, you have several very simple and quick solutions. You can go to our "cancellation" page and complete the fields indicated. You can also be accompanied by one of our advisors by phone or by email. In both cases, you will need the email address you used when you subscribed to Carrierscheck.

Don't worry, terminating your subscription is done without any additional costs on Carrierscheck! In just a few clicks, you can stop your subscription. It's easy, instantaneous and totally free!

To receive your Carrierscheck invoice, nothing could be easier! Make your request to our customer service department by the means that suits you best: by e-mail at [email protected], by telephone at +44 204 571 8849 or via the form on our "contact" page. You will receive your invoice as soon as possible!

If you have lost your password, we are here to help you. You can reach our advisors by phone or by email from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and thus recover your password to have access to your personal space again.
